Should I become a Real Estate Agent?

This is one of the questions I get all the time and the answer is YES!! Even if your not thinking of becoming an agent full time, having your real estate license will open doors you never thought possible and at the least you can use your real estate license to buy your first home. Think about that, representing yourself, when buying your first home! Not only will you learn how to be an agent, but get paid in the process!! How much ? Up to 3% of the sales price !! That can mean big bucks ...which you can put toward your new home or investment!
